Content Moderator (Polish)

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time (6-month contract)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review online content in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks

  • Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards and safety guidelines

  • Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products, services and industry standards

  • Adapt to policy updates and schedule changes, following standard operating procedures consistently

  • Identify and escalate issues through the proper internal channels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent Polish, both verbal and written

  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

  • Content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation ability, with sound judgement and local market insight

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to manage high workloads, including peak promotional periods

  • Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7
