Customer Advisor (German)
Already in Athens and speak German? Help customers with home appliance and electronics questions by phone, Monday to Friday, with the option to go hybrid once you are up to speed.

Position: Customer Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece
Work model: On-site training, then hybrid possible (subject to approval and KPIs)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support customers by phone with product enquiries for electronic devices and household appliances
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
Use internal systems and tools to log and follow up on cases
Meet individual and team performance targets
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native German
Excellent English
Strong telephone customer service skills
Excellent communication and active listening
Good MS Office skills
Customer-oriented and adaptable, able to multitask and manage priorities
Knowledge of electronic devices or household appliances is a plus
Willingness to work on-site during the 10-day training
Already based in Athens, Greece
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 21:00
