DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats and emails in a timely and professional manner
Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction
Build and maintain trusted relationships through open, clear and interactive communication
Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes
Achieve individual and team customer service targets, including call-handling KPIs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts and file documentation
Adhere strictly to communication procedures, guidelines and data protection policies when handling personal information
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent German, both verbal and written (C1 level)
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Proven customer service or contact centre experience handling calls, chats and emails
Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
Excellent active listening and clear, professional written communication
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and manage time in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Available for rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 21:00
