up to €250/ mothly performance Bonus
€800 (guaranteed) VIP Table Allowance
€100 Multi-Skill Allowance

Maximum Monthly Gross €2,701.82
Maximum Yearly Gross Salary: €32,421.84, excluding additional night shift allowances.
Bonuses & extras
Additional night shift payments:
Sunday–Thursday: +25%
Friday–Saturday: +30%.
Cash advance system to support the initial relocation expenses.
