Position: Content Creator

What you’ll be doing:

Content Creation & Production

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Develop content that supports both Sportsbook and Casino acquisition and retention campaigns.

• Produce written, visual, and short-form video content optimized for various platforms.

• Create compelling promotional messaging aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Adapt content for different markets, audiences, and channels.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Develop content calendars and publishing schedules.

• Create platform-specific content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Monitor industry trends, viral content, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Support community engagement initiatives through creative content ideas and campaigns.

Campaign Support

• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, CRM, Design, and Affiliate teams to support marketing campaigns.

• Produce content assets for acquisition campaigns, product launches, promotions, and major sporting events.

• Assist with campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.

• Ensure content is delivered within tight deadlines and aligns with campaign objectives.

Brand Development

• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.

• Help strengthen brand awareness and positioning within competitive markets.

• Contribute creative ideas that differentiate our brands from competitors.

• Support employer branding initiatives and corporate communications when required.

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze content performance metrics and engagement data.

• Implement improvements based on performance insights and audience behavior.

• Participate in A/B testing of content formats, messaging, and creative approaches.

• Continuously optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Experience creating content for multiple digital platforms.

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar.

• Experience producing short-form video content for social media.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent Korean communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.

Preferred

• Experience within iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, FinTech, or highly regulated industries.

• Understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices.

• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or online communities.

• Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.

• Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.
