We usually respond within a day
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take ownership of affiliate partnerships across key Latin American iGaming markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru.
You’ll join a growing international project, working directly with affiliates, publishers, influencers, media buyers, streamers and affiliate networks to drive player acquisition and long-term performance.
This role is particularly suited to someone who already understands the LATAM affiliate landscape, knows how CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals work, and ideally brings an existing network of partners to the table.
What will you be doing?
You'll take ownership of affiliate relationships across LATAM, from identifying new opportunities to understanding what's driving results and where performance can improve.
Build and manage relationships with affiliate websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and affiliate networks across LATAM
Identify and onboard new partners with strong traffic potential
Manage partnerships across CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid models
Review traffic and performance data, identify quality issues and turn insights into clear actions
Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to align affiliate activity with bonuses, campaigns, product launches and market opportunities
Coordinate tracking, commissions, postbacks and reporting with the operating entity
Monitor traffic quality and flag suspicious activity where necessary
Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for management
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, player acquisition and partner performance
Represent partner projects at industry events such as SiGMA and iGB L!VE when required
What are we looking for?
You could be a strong match if you have:
1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing or a related commercial role
Previous iGaming experience or a strong understanding of the industry
Knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models
Experience working with performance data and translating numbers into commercial decisions
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Good written and spoken English
Spanish as a strong advantage
The ability to manage multiple partners and priorities independently
A good understanding of LATAM markets and player acquisition
Already have an active affiliate network in Latin America? Even better.
What will make you stand out?
We’re particularly interested in people who understand that good affiliate management goes beyond onboarding partners.
You know your numbers, understand traffic quality, maintain strong relationships, and can spot opportunities before someone has to point them out.
Experience across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or Peru would be especially relevant.
What’s in it for you?
Competitive base salary
Performance-based bonus where applicable
21 days of annual leave
Access to international iGaming events and conferences
Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
International exposure across growing LATAM markets
Supportive and collaborative team
For team members based in Cyprus, additional benefits include:
6 paid sick leave days per year
4 personal days per year
Sports benefit
Daily lunch
