Know the Argentina affiliate market? Let’s talk.
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and manage partnerships across the Argentina iGaming market in a fully remote role.
You’ll work with affiliates, publishers, and local traffic partners, taking ownership of relationships and performance while helping grow player acquisition across the market.
We’re particularly interested in someone who already knows the local landscape — ideally with an existing network of affiliates, publishers, or traffic partners in Argentina and hands-on experience working with RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid models.
What will you be doing?
You’ll help develop and manage affiliate partnerships across Argentina, working closely with both external partners and internal teams to drive sustainable performance.
Support the onboarding and ongoing management of affiliate partnerships across Argentina
Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers and local traffic partners
Coordinate commercial terms including RevShare, CPA and Hybrid agreements
Monitor partner performance across FTDs, NGR, retention and traffic quality
Identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide partners with performance insights and approved marketing materials
Prepare performance reports, forecasts and management updates
Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams
Coordinate with Payments, Risk, CRM and Compliance teams where required
Help ensure partners follow relevant brand and compliance requirements
What are we looking for?
You could be a strong match if you have:
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, Partnership Management or Business Development
Proven experience working with the Argentina market
An existing portfolio or network of active affiliates, publishers, or local traffic partners
A strong understanding of RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid models
Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Confidence working with performance metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention and traffic quality
Excellent communication skills in English
Spanish and/or Portuguese as an advantage
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
Your network matters
For this role, we're not only looking for someone who understands affiliate marketing on paper.
Established relationships with regional affiliates, publishers, and media networks in Argentina will be a strong advantage.
This position is focused specifically on building and managing external affiliate partnerships and local traffic providers. It does not involve direct media buying or managing paid advertising campaigns.
Why this opportunity?
You'll be joining a growing international iGaming project while having the flexibility of a fully remote setup.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the Argentina market, develop existing partnerships, build new ones, and see the commercial impact of the relationships you manage.
Already connected in Argentina?
If you know the market, understand affiliate performance, and already have relationships you can build on, we'd like to hear from you.
