HR Support & Payroll Manager

As the Administrative & Payroll Manager, you will be the backbone of our
operational efficiency. This is a dual-impact role: you’ll lead the strategic oversight of our
administrative functions while ensuring our payroll processes are executed with surgical
precision. We are looking for a seasoned professional who balances a "people-first" mentality
with a data-driven approach to compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation Strategy
End-to-End Processing: Oversee the preparation, distribution, and management of
complex payroll, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance & Tax: Ensure all payroll practices align with local, state, and regulations.
Systems Management: Lead the implementation of HRIS/Payroll software.
Audit & Reporting: Conduct regular internal audits and prepare detailed reports on
labor costs, overtime trends, and budget variances.
Administrative Leadership
Admin Operations: Prepare the hiring process A-Z for each new joiner, exit documents
and any other employee documentation
Policy Development: Design and implement administrative SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures) to improve organizational scaling.
Executive Support: Manage high-level administrative projects and provide guidance to
the executive team on operational bottlenecks.
Team Management
Mentorship: Lead and develop a small team of administrative and payroll coordinators,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Finance and HR to ensure
data integrity across departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Admin & Payroll
Experience in leadership - nice to have
Experience in iGaming industry - nice to have
Experience in Employee Relations matters - nice to have
Bachelor Degree
English - advanced level
Physical & Work Environment
Location: Work from office - Bld. Nicolae Caramfil, Bucharest
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday.
