💰 What You’ll Earn (Clear. Transparent. Real.)

We believe salary should never be a mystery.

4,100 net – first 1-9 months
5,000 net – from the 10th month
Up to 9,000 RON net/month total earnings with bonuses

Bonuses & extras

Up to 3,000 RON/month performance bonus
Night, weekend & public holiday shift bonuses
Free accommodation in the company's share appartment + all the utilities paid, or receive a fixed housing allowance of 150euros per month after completing the 90-days probation period.

🎥 Your Day-to-Day

Host live casino games (Blackjack, Roulette or Baccarat) in front of the camera
Interact with online players in Russian
Follow simple procedures and game rules (we teach you everything)
Create a professional, engaging experience
Work as part of an international, supportive team

Who We’re Looking For ?

You don’t need a perfect CV.
We’re looking for people, not experience.

Fluent in Russian
Conversational level of English
Comfortable being on camera
Open to shift work (day/night rotations)
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Energy, presence, and professionalism

If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, theatre, dance, or media — great.
If not, that’s okay too.
